Dr John Minns

John is Senior Lecturer in International Relations and Director of the Australian National Centre for Latin American Studies at the Australian National University. His research and teaching interests include International Political Economy, International Relations, Newly Industrialising Countries, Third World Development, Globalisation and the Labour Movement. John holds a PhD from UNSW.
