Malika holds an MSc in Management Studies from Oxford University. She has experience in management consulting, business analysis and marketing. Whilst employed with The Cambridge Group (TCG) in New York she was responsible for the identification and analysis of major forces and factors impacting on the non-profit sector in the Unites States and assisted a major US non-profit organization with their fund-raising practices.
In another engagement, she identified new business opportunities for a leading international financial services firm through an in-depth qualitative study of customer motivations and needs. The study involved some 36 interviews of CFOs of corporations with at least $200 million in revenues.
Malika has a very interesting background having spent around ten years in India while her father was posted there as Uzbekistan's Ambassador to India. She was one of the first women from Uzbekistan in the post-Soviet era to qualify for study in the USA and she subsequently received a scholarship to pursue further studies at Oxford University in the UK. Malika also holds an MSc in Psychology from Tashkent University.
